Just finished Snatching Jackie last night. I’m going dark today and taking a break from socials so I can focus on a round of editing before posting it to Patreon. Once it’s uploaded there, I’ll move into the final edits to get it ready for publication. This one is a short novel, so I’m hoping to publish it this weekend (Sat or Sun), but I’ll confirm the date later this week.

Life is still life-ing, and honestly, I think I need a serious social media break. I’m also 90% done with Chasing Nicole. Of course, my characters decided to stop talking to me. I was supposed to finish it by the 1st, but that didn’t happen. Thankfully I’ve only got about 12 chapters left, so it shouldn’t be long now.

Then there’s Loving Amari. I’ll be starting final edits next week along with promo. It was supposed to release today, but I’m just too tired—mentally drained.

That’s all the updates for now. Hoping to have a new release late this week. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve published to Amazon, heading into my third, but I’m taking my time with these stories.

I’m getting really close to finishing my novella! My goal is to publish it on Sept 30, but let’s see how my creative brain behaves. I’m also making some changes to my schedule—Loving Amari is now pushed back to October, which means you’ll be getting two great reads next month: Loving Amari AND Chasing Nicole! I want to take my time and make sure these books are absolutely ready for publication.

Life has been life-ing over here, and social media has been kicking my butt when it comes to mental health, but I’m getting back on track! Oh, and my webstore is getting a revamp too, so lots of updates are coming soon.

In the meantime, I wanted to share a little teaser of my Bear Shifter novella, Snatching Jackie! I’m currently on Chapter 12 out of 22, so I’m getting close to the finish line. Y’all, I’m OBSESSED with Jackie and Jabari’s love story.

Jackie is a confident, beautiful, plus-size FMC who completely changes Jabari—a bear shifter who’s been out of touch with humans for centuries. Just by loving him, she makes him a better man. And Jabari? He makes sure Jackie has the world. It’s such a beautiful love story with a mix of drama and fun, including:

He won’t appear in Loving Amari, as I’m setting up Carla’s ascension to goddess level in preparation for my Black Charmed-themed spin-off of the Blackwood witches (Angie, Carla, and Anora). This spin-off will officially close out Wintermoon for good next year.

Josiah has a thing for curvier women—Layla, his fated mate, and her curves are what capture him at first sight. But their story begins tragically. This will be one of the darkest books I’ve ever written in the Wintermoon universe . It’s going to take a strong woman to tame Josiah’s madness.

Can voluptuous Layla handle him? Or will the task drive her to madness in the process?

Jackie boards the Wintermoon Cruise looking for a much-needed escape from the real world. What she doesn’t know is that her fated mate is waiting on board—and Wintermoon is about to become her forever home.
